    NEW CLIENTS

    If you're considering starting therapy, I’m glad you're here.

    I offer individual and couples therapy to New York residents under the supervision of a psychiatric nurse practitioner, as required by my New York State Limited Permit. You're welcome to begin at a pace that feels comfortable — sessions do not need to be weekly, and many clients schedule based on availability and need.

    Payment & Reimbursement
    All sessions are private pay. If you have a PPO insurance plan, I provide Superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted and typically cover psychotherapy services.

    RETURNING CLIENTS

    Welcome back — I’m glad to reconnect.

    If we’ve worked together before, you’re welcome to resume care under my current practice, which operates under the supervision of a psychiatric nurse practitioner as required by my NYS Limited Permit. Many returning clients schedule on an as-needed basis.

    Payment & Reimbursement
    All sessions are private pay. I provide Superbills for clients using out-of-network PPO insurance. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

    Rates & Sliding Scale
    Returning clients receive a reduced rate. Limited sliding scale options may be available.

  • Walking therapy

    Therapy in motion.
    For clients based in NYC, I offer outdoor, in-person therapy sessions held in local parks or walking paths. Walking therapy blends movement, nature, and somatic awareness, providing a supportive space for reflection, emotional regulation, and insight—especially helpful for clients who feel more comfortable processing while in motion.
    Rate: $275 / 60-minute session
    Location: Central or Riverside Park (exact location coordinated per session)
    Available as clinically appropriate, weather permitting.

  • Concierge Therapy / Home Visits

    Private therapy in the comfort of your home.
    Concierge sessions are available for clients seeking added privacy, accessibility, or comfort. These in-person sessions are held in your home (within Manhattan), and can support clients navigating chronic health concerns, postpartum care, grief, or high-stress phases of life.
    Rate: $375 / 60-minute session
    Travel and intake guidelines apply; contact me to learn more or to determine fit.

    Private sessions are available for both therapy (for New York–based clients) and mindfulness-based coaching (available nationwide). These sessions support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, and major life transitions, helping restore balance and deepen connection to self.

    Concierge sessions are designed for clients seeking added privacy, accessibility, or convenience. These in-person sessions are held in your home (within Manhattan) and can support individuals navigating chronic health concerns, postpartum care, grief, or high-stress seasons of life.

    Sessions are structured to be grounding, flexible, and deeply supportive — blending presence, skillful attention, and full confidentiality.Whether through workshops, leadership coaching, or wellness program design, these offerings are tailored to foster balance, focus, and creativity. Each engagement is designed to align human wellbeing with professional excellence.
