HI, I’m Mary Rothfusz.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Mary Rothfusz, MA, MHC-LP, is a mindfulness-based clinician and somatic practitioner specializing in integrative psychotherapy for anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, and life transitions. Her therapeutic approach blends evidence-based psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to support clients in cultivating clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Mary is also an adjunct professor of psychology, where she teaches courses that center mind–body integration, contemplative practice, and the science of wellbeing. Her work in academia emphasizes accessible mental health education and experiential learning for students across disciplines.

Beyond the therapy room and classroom, Mary is an experienced teacher of mindfulness and meditation, offering group programs, MBSR-inspired practices, and guided mind–body interventions to support holistic wellness.

She also brings her clinical insight into the consulting space, partnering with leaders, teams, and organizations to integrate mindfulness, emotional intelligence, stress prevention, and sustainable, human-centered leadership into everyday professional life.

Mary’s work is grounded in compassion, presence, and an embodied understanding of how people heal, learn, and lead.
