As a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Director, and certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I support individuals in cultivating resilience, emotional balance, and self-awareness through an integrated approach. My work brings together mindfulness, somatic therapy, and evidence-based mental health care to meet the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I believe healing happens when we slow down and come home to ourselves. In our work together, we’ll explore your inner landscape—your thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences—with compassion and curiosity. Whether you're navigating chronic stress, anxiety, identity shifts, or major life transitions, therapy can offer a grounded space for reflection, connection, and change.

My Training and Approach
• Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – A structured meditation-based approach using mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic practices to support emotional regulation and stress relief
• Somatic Therapy – Working with how emotions and experiences are held in the body, using movement and body-based awareness to support healing
• Relational and Holistic Therapy – Centering identity, connection, and self-compassion throughout the therapeutic process
• Trauma-Informed and Culturally Responsive Care – Rooted in inclusion, safety, and deep respect for your lived experience
