HI, I’m Mary Rothfusz.
I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a behavioral health and wellness professional working at the intersection of clinical care, operations, higher education, and mindfulness-based programming.
My background spans psychotherapy, program development, healthcare systems, wellness education, and organizational support across private practice, academic, nonprofit, and startup environments. I’m especially passionate about building thoughtful systems and experiences that support both individual well-being and sustainable organizational growth.
Clinically, I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, life transitions, and emotional regulation. My approach integrates mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based behavioral health approaches.
In addition to clinical work, I’ve contributed to operational leadership initiatives involving clinician onboarding, workflow development, supervision coordination, wellness programming, interdisciplinary collaboration, and educational programming. My work is grounded in communication, emotional intelligence, accessibility, and people-centered leadership.
I’m also an adjunct psychology professor and mindfulness educator with experience developing workshops, psychoeducational programming, and wellness initiatives for healthcare, academic, and community settings.
Whether through therapy, consultation, teaching, or program development, my goal is to help people and organizations build healthier, more sustainable ways of working, relating, and living.
